Archirivolto, an industrial planning, design and architecture studio, was started in 1983 by Claudio Dondoli and Marco Pocci. They have designed the FIAM Dress chair.
While studying architecture in Florence, Claudio Marco and some friends put up and experimental theatre group. When they decided to focus on design, their passion for theatre strongly influenced the set up of the new studio: creativity, sense of reality, respect and awareness to the audience were central.
Mac Stopa, founder of Massive Design, is an award-winning architect and designer, whose work spans several design disciplines: architecture, interior design, industrial design, graphic design, art and fashion. Massive Design’s clients include, among others, Google, Samsung, BMW, Unilever, Pernod Ricard, Bacardi-Martini, Cargill, AstraZeneca, MasterCard, Credit Suisse, Viacom, PwC and EY.
French-registered architect, Chafik Gasmi, is also an industrial designer. He started his career in 1987 when he designed and furnished a house in Algiers and a hotel in Paris. Following the success he enjoyed with his own furniture designs, he set up his own publishing company, UNIVERS INTÉRIEUR, in 1990
The collaboration between FIAM and Studio Klass has led to the creation of many pieces of furniture in curved glass: Magique and Magique Side coffee tables, Magique Totem display cabinet, Foulard shelf, Plié collection that includes chair, table and cupboard and the collection of coffee tables: Lands.
